Enterprise FTP server solution with secure file transfer

I am looking to upgrade my current enterprise FTP solution. In doing so I would like to add the secure file transfer (MFT) that will work the way the enterprise version of Box.com does.

Does anyone currently use a product that has the ability to be local and host both FTP and MFT with security and auditing around both? The kicker here is that the approval will be base off the MFT solution being as simplistic and functional as the box solution we already use.

I have seen more products and demos, that swear they are the exact same, than I care to count. They always fall short. I was hoping for someone with personal experience and hopefully not a salesman making claims they can’t back up.
