Enterprise Issue Management Tool

Basic requirements for an issue management tool include:

? Capture attributes concerning an issue…Identifier, Responsibility, Description, Priority, Status…
? Report issues based on Status (Open, Closed…), or Priority (Critical, High…)
We currently use an Access database to manage this information and I was hoping to learn that we have an enterprise tool that can replace it.
