Is there anyone out there that has been through the relocation of an organization?
I am the project lead for my company’s relocation/consolidation. We currently have 2 offices in separate cities and we have run out of space in both of them. Thesolution is to relocate both offices to a new larger location that will fit everyone and leave room for expansion.
I would just like to have the chance to pick the brain of someone who has been through something similar.
