Entourage Calendar on Exchange

By tonydee ·
My nephew is the only one using a Mac in a Windows office. They are set up on Exchange 2000. All the Windows users can see each other's calendars. None can see his Entourage calendar.

I guess the question is "Can calendars on Entourage 10.1.4 (or 2004) be shared with Windows users on an Exchange 2000 server"?

He's running Office X, Entourage 10.1.4, OS 10.3.2 on a new 12" G4 PowerBook.

How is the Entourage configured to retrieve email from the Exchange server? If it uses Pop3 the this may not be possible

It's not set up for POP3 - it's an Exchange server which seems to be different from IMAP and POP

YES and NO.

What it sounds like that is setup over there is delagate access to
calendars accross the office. You will not be able to do this with
Entourage X. Users will be able to see if he is free or busy if they
try to set up a meeting with him but they wont be able to see
what he will be doing.

Now Entourage 2004 has deligate settings which will let others
see his calendar.

Now if the calendar is a group or public calendar that is a whole
diffrent beast. The mac clisnts can not see this type of info. I
hope this helps
