Envelope Mail Merge (via MS Word 2003) using VBScript

I have been trying to use ASP\Vbscript to print an envelope (size 10) from data passed in from a Sql Server Query. I already have code in place that:

1. Executes the query to get a clients address information

2. The VBScript that creates the merge and produces 5160 Avery labels – That is easy enough.

I have tried using documentation from Microsofts site to try and produce the VBScript code for the envelope. Using thier code samples and trying to modify their code only ends in a chasing the tail episode to debug the errors. I am in a crunch with other projects, currently.

I know that someone out there has to have done this before. Is there anyone with any ideas?
