EPA (Profile Analyzer) not working

I have read the doc w/ the tool. Gave a new account domain users, Exchange View only admin and set that group to send as receive as at admin group and store in ESM. Ensured under ESM….\SG\Protocols\HTTP\properties.. settings that OWA is not set to enable forms based authentication. Also checked IIS\.. exchweb that it is set for integrated windows authentication. Acct is able to access OWA by going to http:\\\exchange\ Yet I get the message pop up as it tries… that it detected that the configured user fails to collect data from at least a subset of configuration… I set the tool to verbose and log shows: Error: System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server —> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
