    Epson LX300 dot matrix printer stops single paper auto loading

    My epson lx300 dot matrix printer stops single paper feeding .i mean auto loading . Continue sheets feeding still working . Printing works well.no any other problems in this printer . Please tell me how to solve this problem

      I have not used a LX300 for a long time but from memory

      Go into the Page Setup and make sure it is programmed for whatever size paper you are using.

      Putting A4 paper in when it is set to Continues Feed or something else like Letter can cause this to happen though I’m not sure that is the problem here.

          I do not know which version of the LX300 you have but if it’s the one with a clip on Tractor Feed unit make sure that the lever that disengages the paper feed for single sheet feed has been returned to the feed position. When you clip on the tractor Feed unit it disengages this lever and any paper in the printer will feed but it’s not going to pickup any more single sheets of paper.
