I have an Epson TM-U210 PD receipt printer. Using TM-U20 D printer driver. It work well enough. I have a till attached to the printer. When I open the till – the paper in the printer advances a couple of inches – a bit wasteful. I canot try the Generic Text only Driver – as when trying to install it – the wizard (most unfortunate name) starts up, I click on “next” then nothing happens. Doesn’t freez-up or anything – just that “next” does nothing. I’d be happy with the set-up I have if only I could get the till roll to stop advancing everytime I open the till drawer.
Hoping for an easy fix. Technical stuff not eally my area – but would love to solve this issue.
