My company is undergoing a full requiremnts planning process for either an upgrade or new ERP package. I am the Project lead, although unfortunately this is my first time in a project of this type, and am growing frustrated to how an analysis of this type should proceed. I have looked for documentation that may assist in this analysis, but have found very little. Is there any good suggestions.
