On my emachine (98SE 233hz 128 memory 3 gig HD with 1 gig free)Virtual memory system controlled
My mouse is frequently erratic and the hour glass appears intermittently for no reason.
I don’t know if it’s connected but the computer has sloweddown -specifically when loading programs.
None of this occurred during the first year I had the computer, just in the last 6-9 months
