I installed a Tevion TV card and software onto my PC when I upgraded to Windows XP from ME.
The folder holding the library of software for the card appears at load time after all other items and icons have ben displayed on the screen. I hav ereloaded the software but the problem persists. Thsi did not happen with ME.
Where can I find the process that determins how such items are displayed so that I can stop this happening.
