ERROR 0175 : Bad CRC1, stop POST task

I have Thinkpad T23 8mu model, it suddenly started to display “ERROR 0175 : Bad CRC1, stop POST task” every time I try to turn it on.
I have tested and experienced this message with or without,hard drive, memory, dvd and other component.
Can somebody offer a solution?????
