Error 0x80040154 When Browsing Clipart

We have Windows NT, MS Office 97 and Outlook 2000 all running on our machines. We have two problems with browsing clipart. One of them we have fixed the other we receive the error 0x80040154 when trying to insert clipart into any Office application.I beleive installing Outlook 2000 into an Office 97 environment can cause problems as it updates the Clipart Gallery browser, however I can’t seem to find any fix for this new error either from Microsoft or elsewhere.

Can anybody give me a line to follow?
