I have a user at the company that I work for that is getting an error message that refers to 0xC0000005 when she either opens or closes Outlook 2003 or Word 2003.
I tried rolling the system back to earlier points in time but this didn’t help at all. I also ran virus scans and malware scans but nothing shows up for malware of viruses at all. I reinstalled MS Office 2003 as well after I uninstalled it and that didn’t help at all.
Does anyone know of any solution to this problem ?
