During software installation, I got a “Error 1904-Module C:\Windows\System32\SmartSubClass.dll failed to register. HRESULT – 2147023898.” error message. I went ahead with the installation. I was then told the installation was successful. But then when attempting to execute modules of the software, I get a “Runtime error ‘429’: ActiveX component can’t create object” error. I have Windows XP. I’m not an IT guy. Anyone know what I can do?
