Ive installed software for my jvc camera and tried to download my pictures to my pc and i keep getting an error pp60 jvc says it has to be a problem with my computer.

After installing the software did you re-boot your system? Did you check the system for IRQ conflicts. Use the Device Manager to investigate for these conflicts and for verifying that correct drivers are being used.
