Error 4319 NetBt error in Win 2k3 Server

I have Win 2k3 Server used mainly as a data server, All the users access
this server for their files directly & store all the file directly to the server.
Very Often I get this “Error 4319 Netbt” error. Can anyone help me in
resolving this error, as per Microsoft it is connected to NetBios
Duplicate name, but there is no other computer or server with the same
identical name as this server which is giving error.
