When using Outlook Express I am unable to send email (o.k.to receive though). The error Code 550 appears as well a Pot 25, Secure (SSL) 0x800CCC69).
The whole message reads as follows:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject ‘reception email’, Account: ‘mail.cgocable.ca’, Server: ‘smtp.cgocable.ca’, Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: ‘550 Error: Your email has a date from the past. Fix your system clock and try again.’, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69.
Any clues as to how to resolve this would be appreciated. Very details please because we are beginners.
