Error 630: The computer is not receiving a response from the modem. Check that the modem is plugged in, and if necessary, turn the modem off, and then turn it back on.
I have tried everything I look up or think of to solve this problem. Used several different modems that I know are working. disabled win.ini load commands. switched,removed and changed com ports and serial ports. Windows see’s the modem in the control panel, but it will not dial out.
