error after creating image drive

I have recently upgraded hard drives and imaged using Acronis True Image. Software transferred data great but then I received an error "NTLDR missing" press any key to restart. The Ntldr is in the root directory. What am I missing ?

had a problem similar to this. It was because the boot.ini file was corrupted. I had to boot with the xp cd and use the recovery console. Then type bootcfg/rebuild this rebuilt the boot.ini file and the computer started as normal on reboot.

Didn't mean to offend you, just had to make sure, what is the OS that you are running?

How to fix NTLDR error after restore from Acronis or Ghost

Download http://atechworld.com/files/aubcd.exe
Run aubcd.exe to self-extract aubcd.iso file.
Burn aubcd.iso to a CD using Nero or similar. Boot computer from CD, click "Go", "System", "Storage", "Fix 2K-XP-03 MBR"
