Error BTMAGIC.IMG

I installed bootmagic7 on windows xp, but I didn’t like the way it boots up the machine, so I uninstalled it from control panel. The problem is every time I boot mathine, it shows the message “error btmagic.img” I tried to fix the problem by delecting BTMAGIC.IMG from registry, and finally I format drive C:(I have two partitions: C:&D:)and install xp again. Unfortunaley, that message still pops up.
So, what can I do?
