Every time I start an application e.g. MS Word, IE, cmd prompt, I get the error message “The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application” I’m using Windows Vista by the way. This problem started after I installed an antivirus trial. Please assist, how can I get my PC to start working again-it seems like its crashed.
