ERROR ERROR ERROR!

IMy pc keeps on freezing and rebooting automatically. I get the blue screen with the error,
“FILENAME : VMM(01) + 00012707 ERROR : OE : 0028 : C0013707”
I have restored my pc to its original setting, but the problem persists.
Need Help! (& sleep)
