Error exporting email to a .pst file

Using Import/Export in Office XP, I receive the following error.

some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied.

This is in a Citrix environment, and the export works fine on a FAT client…but when you do the export while in Outlook published app, the error pops up.

It seems to be related to attachments, but sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t.

The Email system is Exchange 5.5 SP4.
