Prolem: When a user tried MS Excel file o
NT 4.0, she got Dr. Watson error:
An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated
Excel.exe
Exception access violation(0x0000005),
address 0x77f6cde6The the system terminated it.
I looked at Technet regarding violation(0x000005). It did not tell me enought to fix the problem
The user has Administrator right and DBO to SQL.
Please help if anyone has an idea.
