Error installing Norton Ghost 2003

Installing Ghost 2003 to 2 standalone platforms – Desktop/Win98 & Laptop/XP Pro. Both return the same error: “Ghost Client Console cannot be upgraded automatically…”

The Symantec help website has a “solution” (document # 2002122412021425, dated 07/21/03)which reads “Symantec is investigating this problem to find a solution. This document will be updated when new information or a solution is found. Can anyone else help me (and Symantec) find a solution?
