Error installing xp where 19085MB’s is avail on 1st Partition and 7MB’s on 2nd Partition.

I am getting an error message that says SCSI MAY NOT BE TERMINATED, when trying to install Windows XP on my old computer. Some please help!
Also, how do know if I my network card is buring out?
