ERROR: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:java/lang/StringBuilder : Novell

Hi,

I am configuring Novel Groupwise on my server machine.

steps:

1.Installed eDirectory on my machine.
2.Installed jre.
3.After that “Novell Client 4.91 SP5 for Windows”
4.ConsoleOne
5.gw800_full_nlmwin_multi (Novel Agent).

When i opened Console One before installation of Novel agent.
I was able to view tree hierachy.

But after i installed Novel agent.When i opened Console Agent.

It is showing error msg:

“An error occured during ConsoleOne startup.
(Run ConsoleOne with the -debug and -windwout options and review
the debug information for more details)

ERROR: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:java/lang/StringBuilder”.

I am not getting how to solve this issue.

I tried with reinstallation of everything.But still issue remain same.

it said my java was out of date when i went to update it said to remove the older version first did that and still it will not allow me to stay in a game for longer than a minute, re installed it a dozen times
