Looks like you've been blacklisted as an open relay. Many mail servers are configured to reject mail from blacklisted domains.

First step: close the relay. Here's a URL that does a great job of explaining how to do this properly in Exchange 5.5:

http://www.exchangeadmin.com/Articles/Index.cfm?articleid=7696 (take out any spaces or %20 in the above url if you copy / paste)

The next step is to get your domain name cleared. Go to the url in the error message you received and see if thereare instructions at the web site on how to do this there. Another place to vist for this purpose is http://www.ordb.org/.

Good luck

Whoops, just noticed you're sending mail from Yahoo. Is that the mail address that was rejected? If so, I doubt there's anything you can do other than get a mail account at a non-relaying ISP.
