I haven't come across this particular error, but take a look at:

http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/search.pl?search_term=8201&field.docGroup=0&field.productClass="Groupware"

There should be one or two links in there will be useful.

1. Is your GW client a standard or workstation install. During periods of high server utilization, 8201 is returned if client is running GW from the Network. If this is the case, uninstall GW, clean the registry using GWCASS55.exe ( groupwise cleaning agent - available free from novell ) or NRE12.exe ( Netware Registry Editor ).

Other causes of 8201 are returned from the Post Office Agent, mainly in regards to rights. This should be corrected by your Netware Administrator.

Let me know if this is helpful, also, might help to list Clients used, ie 3.21 and NW version. 4.11 and 3.12 have a lot of issues with GW, and only some indepth tech issues can correct these.

forgot to mention, if workstation install was the culprit, after removing and cleaning, try reinstalling the standard install.

also, only load GW, Notify, and Desktop.
