error message accessing various websites

We have been receiving the following error message when accessing various websites: “the data area passed to a system call is too small”.

This message in ONLY received when surfing the NET. I get it now when I click on “Submit Question”. I click back and submit again and there’s no problem.

Anyone have any ideas as to why, what to look for, and how to fix?
