Error Message for Config.sys file

Error message comes up, after I press Enter to continue when I install NT 4.0. It says:

There is Error in your Config.sys file on line 2.

what is the wrong, what should i do for it.
I had a first time, then reinstalled it.
second time sitll samething.
Any suggestion will help.
