error message on installing a demo

By computab ·
Error message when installing a demo program on a Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo laptop, 3.06GHz, 1GB, 80GB, 'c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MSDOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application.' There is no such file, even hidden. The author of the software Scriptware for Windows cannot help, nor can Fujitsu-Siemens. It does not affect other software installation. Formatting is not an option, can anyone help please?

to get rid of all file that were installed you need to have a program that check all file and registry changes that were made for that install.

go to one of the following site for downloading a program to check for what files and registry changes that were made.

The solution was that this file was missing. When I installed it the problem was solved.

Have you tried to install the demo program in "Compatibility Mode"?

Right click the file and go to properities and click the "Compatibility tab" Chose Windows 98/ME and let it install under that.
