this error message has been coming up on my “vista home premium” for 3 days now.it says there is an error in the program and that i should re-install the program or contact the software vendor for support. I am really unsure how to do this since the program was pre-installed when i bought the computer only 2 months ago. shutting the system down doesn`t work to correct the fault and i`m wishing i`d never bought the darn thing with vista installed,but there is no choice with new computers. i never had any problems with XP Pro ! can anyone help????
