When I start WinME help center an error message:”The initialization of the help center failed. Error number 2147143679″
This error had been appeared after I had install the Encarta World English Dictionary and another error message appeared while trying to open it:”c:\refdev 01\shared\sharedFind\Source\EDFindWnd>cpp[260]:error creating WheelED object:HRESULT 0x80040154 class not registered”
Followed by another error “EWed has caused an error in SFC 10.0cx EWed will now closed”.
These errors had been reported to Encarta support and microsoft support for WinME, but I did not get the solution yet, and the article solving similar problem at microsoft support(article ID:Q274736)did not apply to my problem.
What are the causes of these problems and how can I solve them?
I do use system with:
OS: WinME
HDD: 20GB
RAM 256MB
Pentium III,700MHz
IE 5.5 sp1
