I need help with an error in Win2000 pro. Everytime I start the machine cold it loads up and then brings up a blue screen with a message somewhat like this: Stop 0x0000050 (0xF000EF75, 0x0000000001, 0xA0012946, 0x000000000) at base A0012946 Date Stamp 3cdb4146 win 32K.sys

Beginning Physical Memory Dump

"Then it cycles through to 100 and reboots and everything is fine. I loaded this machine fresh with Win2000 in the beginning I really don't want to reload. AMD 1700, 256K, NortonAntivirus, new machine

Couple things to check, remove norton anti virus with add/remove or the uninstall. Does the problem go away? If it does then NAV is probably fighting with your bios boot sector virus check.
Then you need to decide which ione to do without or try a bios update. Good luck
