Error Messages on program launch

Hi,

I have run into a couple programs that give errors when I try to launch them. The errors are:

1)
The NETRAP.DLL is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:RtlInitAnsiString.

2)
C:/Windows/Profiles/username/desktop/program-name.exe a device attached to the system is not functioning.

Both errors popup at the same time. I have done searches on the web and didn’t find anything that worked.

One program in particular is MicroImage’s MIX (a Window X-Server app). The app works fine if I boot into XP.
