Error: NetClient.exe Error -PhoneLst.ph1

I’m getting an error message on Win2000. Haven’t yet been able to determine what I do to cause the error message. The exact message is:

Title Line of Error Box: NetClient.exe Error
Exact Message: “The phone list file (PhoneLst.ph1) could not be loaded. Please reinstall this program.”

I have tried removing TCP/IP and re-installing it (couldn’t tell if it was actually re-installed or just re-enabled). Later, same error occurred.

I tried repair option for MSOffice. No change.
