Error occuring on closing the Internet Explorer window.

Hi:

Each time iam closing the InternetExplorer window, iam getting an error message which says
“The instruction at”0x62304390” referenced memory at “0x62304390”. The memory couldnot be “read”.Click on OK to terminate the prorgam”

Please suggest me what to do to avoid that error window.
