Our network is running Small Business Backoffice with two HP Laserjet 4000 printers (15 users). 12 machines have Windows 98 OS and Word 2000 is running fine, and the bullets print fine. On the 3 new machines running Windows 2000 Professional, the bullets do not print properly and the Wingdings font is substituted even though the Symbol font is displayed on the document. I have installed both the Windows and Office 2000 service packs and have selected “only true type fonts” in Windows but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
