Error printing E-mail attachments.

I have a Windows NT 4.0 machine and use Netscape 4.75 for browsing and e-mail. When trying to print an e-mail attachment to a local printer, “Error writing to LPT1: for document KewView Pro(kw15.tmp). The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error”. The attached documents display fine, they just won’t print. I can print any other document or e-mail fine. It doesn’t seem to matter what the attachment is, PDF or Word Or Mozilla.
Can anyone give me some ideas why this might behappening and what I can do to fix it?
