Followed the instructions on this site all the way: Successfully created an unallocated space between the C and D drive: 40gigabite from the c less than the 70gig I could take. At the very end it warns me that I was converting the selected disk to a dynamic disk and I would not be able to start installed operating system from any volume on the disk (except the current boot volume) do you want to continue. I did. Error: The Dyamic disks are not supported by this operating system. I have now between the C and the D drive and unallocated 40 gig that is just not available.
