Error Reporting and Watchdog

Thanks for your help but now I guess I have yet another problem. I never turn off error reporting and yet I don't have the watchdog folder on my pc. Is there any way to repair error reporting?

You probably first need an event with bluescreen for those folders and files to get created. It will probably also depend on the type of error, if they get created (If it is a disc related problem, the system may not be able to write data to the disc when the BSOD occurs).
