Windows NT 4.0 running Exchange 5.5 sp4.
When email is sent to username@gis.net, Username@net1plus.com or username@mediaone.com it gets returned with the following message.

Subject: test
Sent: 3/14/2001 8:30 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
‘larcat@gis.net’ on 3/14/2001 8:30 AM
Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=MWCC;l=ZEUS-010314133020Z-309

This does not happen to all email that leaves the building only a select few.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I really need to resolve this problem quickly.
