When I try to load my dvd player onto my puter It does not seem to see it tho when I go to look at hardware its name is there with a ! in yellow. I am lost as to how to load it back onto my puter. It has been loaded there before so I know that my puter can be ok with it. I just dont have a clue how to get it to reconzise it now. please help 🙁
