After everything has been setup and installed, user encounters problem as the items below.
-using the panel, when pressing scan, display panel says SCANNER NOT FOUND.
-unable to print -needed to restart machine or restart print spooler at services everytime the user gets this error.

Be informed that some possible resolutions have been done and yet the problem persists.
-pc is up to date for windows and security updates
-updated also with HP patches
-after doing this temp solution the 7213 works for awhile then error will appear again.
