ERWIN

I'm only aware of an ERWin product that facilitates developers in their database/system design. You can create data structures with it, OO/UML format as well.

If I found out the company selling this, I'll update. This product has been bought overby so many companies that i've lost track.

ERwin is an industry-leading enterprise scale data modeling solution, creates and maintain databases, data warehouses, and enterprise data resource
models. ERwin is powerful and easy to use through creating visual models of data structures in a manner that assists you in organizing, managing, and even mitigating the complexities of data, database technologies, and the deployment environment. Databases are not only developed faster, their quality and maintainability are dramatically improved.
It has been a key tool by developers in the relational database areas.

This used to be made by a company called
Platinum. Somehow and I for get where Oracle got involved and I now think it is in the hands of Computer Associates as they sell and train on it.

Here are also a couple links.
