Good Pm,Just installed Exchange2000 on new AD Domain.Ran the prerequesites i.e forestprep on DC,Domainprep on member server.Have a funtioning messaging server.OS is installed on drive G:.By Default exchange DB is in G:\program files\exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb.In Exchange 5.5 the default location is rootdrive\exchsrvr\mdbdata\pri.edb.From the Bin directory I ran the defrag and compact utility.OK, but in Exch200 I am trying for Prep for Practise and unable to defrag.My approach is
1)Dismount the default mailbox store.
2)From Command prompt changed to
3)G:\program files\exchsrvr\bin
4)Executed eseutil /d G:\program files\exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb
Receive jett error File not found.Included program files in Quotes same.When Relocated DBor created another Storage group w/Mailbox store.Assigned a Different DB @ root Level,Utility is Functional.Can Someone point to where my parameter is wrong.Thanx so much
