I have a espon c62 printer. My problem is the printer prints blank pages. I E. The printer goes through the motion of printing the paper is feed through but the end result is a blank sheet of paper. I have replaced both ink cartages, so I have ink. I receive no errors when printing. I have cleaned the printer heads, aligned the head via the program still prints blank sheets of paper. I have had the printer for about four months had now problems when I first connect it up.

Sounds like the heads have plugged up.

If ink has solidified in the print-head nozzles, you can execute the clean cycle forever and not clean the heads.

Since your printer should still be under warranty, I suggest that you contact Epson for repairs.

Caution: Epson (and most printer manufactures) will not replace the print-head under warranty if you used 3rd party ink in the printer.
If you used a refill kit, or non-Epson ink of any type, you need to buy a new print head and have it installed.

sometimes the print driver card in the printer fails, it is a small logic card connected to the printhead, pull printer apart and look closely at this card for burnt components. good luck.

I had an older Epson than the C62, and it had a similar problem. I bought some denatured alchol and cleaned the print heads with it. It worked for several months after that. If Epson won’t help because of bad ink you might try this.
