I have a client (a college) that currently has a T1 to the Internet. They are experiencing saturation on the T1 pipe throughout the day. They want to increase the size of the pipe. What are some good rules of thumb to use in estimating the size of the pipe? They currently have 1700 computers on campus. They are planning to add video conferencing in the future. Thanks.
